Traveling With Your Pet

Green Morodoc Garden Hotel is pleased to welcome guests traveling with pets. To ensure a safe, comfortable, and respectful environment for all guests, we kindly ask that pet owners carefully review and comply with the following pet policy during their stay.

Pet Policy Guidelines

  • Proper medical certification specifying that all vaccinations are up to date must be available upon request.
  • Pets must be on a controllable leash at all times when outside the guest room.
  • Pets may not be left unattended in the guest room. If a guest leaves the hotel premises while the pet remains in the room, the pet must be secured in a crate or pet carrier during that time.
  • Pets are not allowed in public areas of the hotel, including food service areas.
  • Please ensure that your pet is not a threat to other guests.
  • Please understand that not all guests are animal-friendly.
  • Pets may be walked in all outdoor areas of the hotel grounds. Pet owners are responsible for picking up after their pet in and around the hotel at all times.
  • Pets must be removed from the room prior to housekeeping service, unless alternative arrangements have been made with hotel management.
  • Pet owners will be held liable for any damage caused by their pet during the stay.
  • The hotel takes special precautions to keep pet rooms free from pest infestation. Please ensure your pet is pest-free prior to arrival.
  • Pet owners are responsible for the feeding and watering of their pet.

 

Pet Fee

A pet fee of USD 10 per night applies and is charged in addition to the room rate.
